One belt for the pants.
One belt to have all my leg rigs attached too. And now I have a multiclone blast belt to attach those to instead. Shirt untucked, always, its how I roll.

If I'm wearing my shirt as an outer layer, it's untucked, if it's an underlayer, it's tucked in.
Belts on the other hand, I wear one. Looped into my trousers with my holster and drop kit attached. I tend not to carry pouches directly on my belt, so I've no need for it to be out and accessable.

I tuck in the TRU, the ACU, whatever. Doesn't matter what BDU's I'm wearing, I need my first line clear and unobstructed.
I was recently shooting from a belt holster and got my shirt jammed in the holster between my pistol and the kydex. Having a loaded (and hot-barreled) .40 in your hand and not being able to drive it home into the holster slows you down REAL fast. Less likely with a thigh rig, but still the point is made. Keep your clothes out of the way of your go-fast gear. |
