Simple question about MK23's and USP's

Hey, I'm wondering if the large undermount rail on the MK23 is the same size as the full size USP... (I'm lookin' to get accessories for my MK23, But the rail adapter is 45 bucks, where the USP one is 10 bucks..)

Anyone care to shed some light?

All I can say is that the Mk23 has a much wider rail than the standard Weaver type rails. I thought about using a low profile Weaver scope ring to hold my taclight onto the bottom of my KSC Mk23, and it's about 5-6mm to narrow.

Yeah, the only thing that really fastens to the Mk23's rail is the LAM unit you commonly see associated with them.

nik, that is not true. ( dont mean to rag on your responce )

A quick look in the gallery section would have shown a person attaching their laser w/out need of a rail adaptor of any sort.
