You are going to have a hell of a time finding that rig.

SWG themselves use to sell a really beat to shit one for a decent price, but that has long ended, they come up on eBay now and then, often for very high prices.

Your best chance to get one is to be able to go to government liquidation sales in the US, where you might be able to find this somewhere, or keep your eyes on eBay.

I'm not sure who makes that one, but they're failry generic. There are plenty of options from BHI, TAG, etc.

I have a BHI Recon Chest Harness (Husky) in OD I'd let go for the right price.
