Version 7 complete break down guide

I'm not a noob when it comes to mechboxes, however I have never worked on a ver 7 before and I cannot for the life of me find a descent break down guide. I have spent the last 3hrs trying to find a detailed and complete guide. Anyone with a link to a complete guide plz post here

I did a m14 gearbox without ever seeing one. Took about an hour, runs perfectly. They arent all that hard.

If you're familiar at all w/ a version 3 mechbox, then yeah, it's a pretty easy go - however the various bits surrounding the actual mechbox can be a bit intimidating for someone upgrading their first time, so the above mentioned guide is worth it's weight in gold. Failing that, a digicam and step by step pictures works wonders.
