MICH helmet ajustement
Ok, I will maybe sound like a dork, but I'm having trouble ajusting my MICH helmet (replica).
The chin strap is always too tight or on the side of my face. If I put it correcly and confortly on my chin, the helmet is too loose or not centered. Is there an easy way to ajust it correcly without taking it of at constantly fundling with the strap by trial and error? Tanks.

Dunno what your repro is like, but proper MICH straps are adjustable at the anchoring point to the helmet; you should be able to just put the chinstrap in the right place (loose) and then tug on the straps on either side to adjust it. Same for the rear straps except it's on the neckpad.
As seen here: Worst case you can get a set of real straps off eBay. Make sure you pads are set up properly, too.

Mine look almost like this one, execpt the chin strap is not in 2 peaces but it's linked with a peace of soft leather.
When it's on my head, I can't tighten the straps without removing the helmet. Maybe someone fooled around with it before shipping it to me and the straps are not correcly installed. Maybe a set of real straps would solve my problem. Or if my contacts works, the real MICH would completely solve everything.
