Real-ammo?

Just wondering if a person is allowed to create a for sale/trade post, if what I have for sale/trade is live rounds? is this even legal?

No, because you need a license to buy ammo and I'm pretty sure you need a distributor license to sell it (I don't know this for sure, don't quote me.) This is an airsoft forum, if you want to deal with real guns its best to go elsewhere, no insult intended but theres enough kids running around on this forum trying to buy airsoft guns, opening it up to live ammo is just asking for trouble.

I think the rule is, if it's legal to transfer outside of the forum, it's legal to do here. We have gun sales in the general For Sale section, that is age-protected.

Anything that requires a PAL should not be on these boards at all. There are plenty of other places for that.

Let's not go into the red-tape and attention it may bring.

yeah i already said i was just curious, why do you think i asked? I dont plan on selling it ok? I repeat I dont plan to sell live-rounds on ASC.... I had some 7.62 that i no longer need and was just wondering, under the assumption that I can't be the only one on this site that owns actual firearms...I also was and am still not sure about the legality of this so everyone can take a breath of relief or whatever else you happen to inhale
