Hogue Rubber Grip w/ Finger Groove

I just received the Hogue Rubber Grip w/ Finger Groove today that I ordered from Magnum Research, Inc. for my Tokyo Marui Desert Eagle .50AE HardKick. But when I tried to put it on, it wouldn't sit right in place. Does anybody else have this grip for their Desert Eagle and got it to fit perfectly? If so, how did you modify the grip to fit?

lemme guess, you bought the universal grip. You need to get the grip for the Deagle. Whats the product # on the bottom of the package? 17000?

If it's model 17000, I'll buy it off you

No, I purchased the Hogue Rubber Grip w/ Finger Groove for the Desert Eagle. Here's the link where I purchased it from:

Dude, I sell pants, but is there a difference?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the 17000 and 17001 the slip on grip? Because mines isn't, it's the actual grip, and wiseowl already told me that I just have to dremel/carve some piece off to make it fit properly. Does anybody have a tutorial on how to do it?

Armyissue: Thanks, but I didn't notice your post until it was too late...
I've already ordered one from elsewhere.

BTW - That's one FUBAR'd post... Was that all one big accident? lol
