kjw M700 Takedown silencer adaptor
I did a serch about intalling the king arms silencer adaptor for the tanaka m700 on the KJW M700, and it supossedly fits :-)
I am however having a problem taking out piece 1 in this diagram to install the adaptor http://www.pbase.com/timco/image/33511593 I also found on my search, that another user asked this question, but his gun was the KJW M700 police and it had 2 set screws on top of the barrel holding in piece 1. http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthr...=m700+silencer On the takedown model there are no set screws on the barrel :???: I'm now at a loss at how to remove piece 1. Any help would be appreciated |

About "piece one": you can remove it by tapping it "from within" the barrel. (I even used the inner barrel to do this, very gently of course).
"Piece one" is only held in place with a rubber o-ring. If you plan to experiment (see below) and need to remove it more times best thing to do is put some silicon oil on it. It will come out much easier. But the bad news is: the "piece one" from a KJW M700 TakeDown is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the non-takedown version, so the silencer-adaptors won't fit. IF you find a way to add a silencer to the takedown feel free to share the knowledge ;-) |
