This is a bit of an old topic, but Im having some feed problems. At first the top barrel wasnt feeding, I took it apart and found that the top nozzel had been deformed and it had deformed the hop rubber too. I changed the nozzel assembly and fixed the hop up rubber, but Im still only getting 2 barrels firing and the top one doesnt fire. Any help? Could another part be broken that I cant see?

Part man, part machine

Sorry not an answer to your question, but if you can find more Super90 nozzles, I think Canada is missing a few dozen.

http://www.airsoftplayers.com/m3/m35.jpg The tip is very thin and can get bent. I had this happen on one of mine when I replaced the original broken nozzle with a metal one. You just need to heat the plastic (Boiling Water) and hold it straight while it cools |

Hi Markedman thanks Ill check it out, I dont know what it looks like normally so it may be deformed. And Honest John I can get as many Part 2s (nozzels) as you need $14USD each, also any other M3 or Japanese made spare part for that matter.

Part # 11 should be flat.

Ok cool, I think the tip was slightly curved, but still looked intact, could be it. Hope this is the last time I have to disassemble this bitch.

Sadly it gets easier to disassemble each time. It only has to be deformed a little to mess you up. I ended up taking apart a second shot gun and comparing the loading pieces to find the culprit. Heres to hoping thats all it is with yours :-D

Thanks MM for the info, seems that was exactly the problem and after a bit of bending and filing I put it back in and it feeds fine! Only issue I have now is one of the hop buckings needs to be replaced. If Marui could make a 3 barreled versions, could comeone make a 4 or 5 barrelled version? 5 bbs would make a nice little spread. Anyone ever change out the stock barrels for longer ones? Ive got the full stock M3 and was wondering if taking the barrels right out to the end of the outer barrel would change things?
