Can a tightbore barrel ever get too small?

I have been thinking of replacing the barrel on my Glock 19. On Redwolf I saw a tightbore 6.01 mm internal diameter. If I was to buy one and put it in my gun, would it be more prone to jamming or other problems because of the extremely restrictive space?

Thanks in advance..

I've asked about the 6.01mm barrels and what I was told was keep it clean and only use super high quality ammo, and its fine. Though some people follow these rules and still get jams.

Barrel jamming is an urbam myth, I've never seen it happen unless the barrel is full of junk or bent.

By all means go for it! I sure as hell would and will be putting a 6.01 into my next gun.

You will get a huge increase in accuracy and consistancy by using no less than 0.28g BBs (I use 0.30g exclusively and get accurate stock AEG range), and building up the area around where the inner barrel resides. Every KSC Glock I've seen all have bad inner barrel wobble when the slide is closed, I put in a slightly thicker and larger (0.5mm roughly increase in both) in place of the stock O-ring on the inner barrel (can use tape or something to build it up more as well), and get the kind of performance I get out of my G19s (have hit guys 120ft away easily with 0.30g BBs.......... because I had problems with 0.25g and hitting guys 50+feet away, I went heavier and won't turn back). Let me put it this way, if you are going to get a 100% increase in both accuracy and consistancy with your GBB, regardless of the ammo used, fixing the inner barrel wobble (picture moving it 1mm to one side, 1mm to the other) will net you roughly 75% increase in both, and a tightbore (I have a 6.04mm) will give you roughly 25%.

Oh ya, I also have a pretty much stock (enhanced recoil spring, that's it) KSC G19 as well, with the inner barrel fix same as my upgraded one, it performs pretty much the same.

Thanks for the info CDN Stalker, I didn't know about the barrel wobble. I'll try adding tape around the o-ring and see what happens. Much appreciated.
