Gun Differences/Purchases

Hey Guys;

I know you're all sick of newbie questions -but-

I coordinate a group of Police Extras/Special Skills team for the movies in Eastern Canada.

We're all good when it comes to SWAT Gear...

*BUT* We need to update our firearms. Looking for recommendations as to good companies to buy from the USA. We can import without a problem as we hold a Theatrical firearms license for prohibited devices (which Airsoft is)

We are not interested in the firm power of the guns... We're interested more in the guns look real... they need to be rackable (shot guns with shell ejection for effect), Sig9mm that have blow back (all of our guys have Sig P226 firearms that we want to change to airsoft, and MP-5's that look and feel authentic.

Wondering what recomendations are out there for who to purchase from, what guns look and feel real, and, any other words of wisdom.

Thanks.

K9Cop.

The shotgun I'm not sure about. The places to buy from are at the top of each page (International Retailers if you have the right permits).
You are looking for GBB guns for the handguns, I'm sure a few of us will give you the most realistic model for the P226.
For the submachine guns and others I'd look at ICS. Airsoft guns, of any kind, are not really up to the abuse that a real gun can take, like the H&K 'slap' close of the bolt.
But they DO look perfectly real even in close up views.
The Stargate series uses a lot of airsoft guns.

Thanks for coming traight out and saying clearly the steps you have already taken, and the proper permits.
I would strongly suggest you check the Teams section for people in your Province. Nothing beats local expertise.

For the rest, read the 'Newbie Guide'.
