It's also known as the Timberwolf .338 built by Prairie Gun Works (now known as PGW Defence Technologies) of Manitoba. There is no airsoft-specific copy.

Shit. You're right. I was thinking of the "newer" rifle, but I don't know if it's even out of trials and being issued yet....?

Parker Hale M83 if im not mistaken. The british use to use it, but they are on to the Parker Hale M85 now.

The .338 is out there. I had the pleasure of drooling over one of the prototypes sent to trial.
I'm not a rifle-nut, but I drooled anyway.

The C3A1 is a Parker Hale M83 that was refurb'd into M85's by removing floor plate internal mag with a detachable and using a McMillan stock to replace the wood. They also replaced the Khales scopes with Unertls. So now instead of a regular peice of crap they have a dressed up expensive peice of crap.... the mauser action on them is sloppy and consistancy is not there. They are better then the old standard C3, but not much... they are being replaced. The Brits stopped using them awhile ago, for the L96, aka Accuracy International... superior in all respects.
