Recommend a good GBB pistol for a newb
Hey guys,
I'm just looking to get started into airsoft, I have a few buddies who play and so my first AEG's which I bought used from my friend is a G3A3 and I love it. I'm looking to get a GBB pistol to add to this. I'm looking for some of you experts to reccomend something to me. The main things that I want in this is not so heavily performance based but rather I'd like a pistol that has a reputation for durability ie. doesn't have a whole bunch of crappy little parts that feel like they could break at any moment right out of the box and I'm not going to break things by racking the slide etc. etc. I'd prefer something that is either metal or has metal upgrades readily availible ie. from Canadian retailers that stock it regularly. Some of the ones I've looked at are KJW's Beretta 92, KJW's Glocks, KSC's glocks, KSC's USP Compact. I've done a bunch of research and those are the main one's I've had my eye on. I'd like to get something in stock at one of the major Canadian retailers I'm pretty impatient lately lol. But yeah give me your thoughts on those GBB's I listed and feel free to throw in some other's which you would suggest for a newb to pick up. Thanks guys. |

It's going to happen to you anyway so I might as well (See Grey I'm getting nto the spirit)
This is a generic response. Pick the parts that apply to you. FAQ: (Frequently Asked Questions) Button at top of forum list. I bet what you want has probably been asked before. Also found in the Information Section. Information: Button at far top of page (and the Information Center section of the forum). You might find the Information you are looking for. And check the pinned subjects in each section. Canadian Retailers: Button at far top of the screen. If they are not listed, DONT buy from them. You can also look at the Classifieds section on the main page, or Trumart who owns this website. You must now be 18 to buy guns, and AGE VERIFIED (look it up), to visit our forum classifieds. If you want something, and dont see it on their websites, EMAIL them. Dont ask us. International retailers and information: Button at the far top of the screen. Good for information, but buy from Canadian Retailers. YOU CANT IMPORT AIRSOFT GUNS INTO CANADA! Teams, Games and people to meet (pick your Province): Team section, go see and contact folks. They will know where to play and Where To SHOP in your area. Search button: Learn to love it. If you cant find what you need at all in there, check again. If your profile does not tell us the city you live in, we cant direct you to local help and services, so please fill it. If you're under 18, wait. Read a lot; we dont spoonfeed what has been written already. Greylock's has also posted a very helpful guide on how to get help without flames. And Meat posted a N00b guide. Read. A. Lot. M

wow congratulations you got to be the first guy to make the "use the search button" post
I've read all that stuff buddy. Go under search and type anything like "starter pistol" "newb (or noob) pistol" "starter GBB" "newb GGB" etc. etc. etc. etc. and you get no hits. I've read reviews on all these but without much knowledge of the differences it's hard for me to make a comparison based on reviews. I'm glad you got the chance to prove how L33t you are by doing the stereotypical copy and paste of what everyone else does, but I think it's a fairly legitimate question which doesn't require a ton of effort on your part to just be slightly helpful. |

Other than the search thing, that is totally irreliant. Good job.
Personally, I suggest the KJ Glocks, owned one, never had a problem. I loved it. Much better than the Beretta, but I just shot that once. Never owned a KSC, but they are plastic and the USP has some troubles. |

And in the Trumart FAQ for STARTER KITS (TYPE INT HAT SEARCH QUERY)
copied and pasted; Q: Do you have starter kits for someone who's new? A: Trumart tries to carry the basic startup kits for beginners, but items may not always be in stock to set up complete starter kits. Most often every item is in stock to get you started except chargers. Trumart will be looking into carrying more chargers. Megan

Nono- he wants a Starter Kit. He was searching specifically for it. He just gave no effort and gave up real fast.

I did say I'm pissed off right now right?
The thread above it said ''PM me if you want more reviews for guns" It did. I swear. Read it. M Also I was the Queen of *being nicer to n00bs*. It prompted the very helpful ''how to get help without flames'' thread. Quite seriously. Read that one too.

Okay, simple there is a thousand post asking which gun is the best. Which one do you recommend, a search will bring this up and most likely (90%+) of the guns you listed, will be listed. All these threads turn into is a list of everyone listing their favorite guns, or the guns they own.
