Question A1 RIS or M4a1 Retractable Stock?

hey,
i got a new question for you guys, and would like your advice//suggestions. between the A1 R.I.S. or the M4A1 Retractable Stock? which would you select? also for example if i were to buy a retractable stock and wanted to somehow fit a larger battery but without using the A1 RIS's battery//laser box, what are my options? go for a fixed stock version or something? cause i like the whole retractable stock look but i also wanna put a bigger battery without using that freaking box thing. so any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated thx  :flame:

 Hey, guys i was wondering which one would you choose between these 2 guns and companies and why? first the G&G GR16-R4-CARBINE or the A1 RIS from ICS? I'm considering getting one of them but not sure which one? So just want a little help and advice on which one to buy. Thx guys!

Hey, I cant give you reasons as to why to buy which AEG as i havehad no personal experience with either ICS or G&G but here are two reviews.

G&G http://www.ukasc.net/content.php?review.59
http://www.theqproject.com/store/review-ggr4.asp

ICS http://www.renegaderecon.com/review.php?id=11
http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/?filn...4a1_review.htm
(These are not reviews of the ICS RIS but they are still ICS M4's so they should basically be the same.)
If you get an ICS you should refer to this page: http://airsoftcanada.com/showthread....&highlight=ICS

Keep in mind that some of these reviews could be biased as they may be written by a retailer. Once again I do not know much about these two companies but I do know that the ICS has a split gearbox design. It has olympic arms trades (if you care about trades) the body is a little more greyish, and there is a decompresion spring that I believe you have to press every time you insert a new magazine. The G&G is known to have a few problems with the assembly I beileve. Alot of people complain about the hopup, but I will leave that to G&G owners to say. You may want to look into G&P as I hear they are great AEG's but cost alot. If my info is innacurate, feel free to correct me. I am sure there are alot of people that own these guns that would be glad to tell you the ups and downs. Remember, you want your first AEG to be your best. You want to have a good impression and experience with airsoft not a hassle. Trust me on this one, research the gun you want alot before you buy, maybe even go to a game to check it out. It will save you alot of time and money in the long run.

O and weslee he asked for some advice not for someone that most likely has never held an aeg to yell out a random company.

Hope this helps.

A gun is pretty much a matter of personal preference. So that is why I always say to go to a game and see what folks use; that will allow you to see guns in person instead of reading about them. There's no better way to make a choice than having a chance to try one.
There is a large amount of players around Montreal, so you are lucky.
