TM M14 pricing (?!)
Why is the M14 so pricy compared to other TM releases? Is there a good reason for a 200$ jump in price?

I dunno...because they can? I don't know much about the manufacturing process, but its probably due the the development time, new design features, high metal content and so forth.
But for that price, you might as well just by a couple real ones... |

New gearbox design, new plastic molds, new metal castings. Maybe the gearbox internals are the only thing carried over from previous models, so TM has to recoup their development and production costs.

Respawns would be a problem at the very least.

tm seems to have been upping their prices but also the quality of their aeg's. the m14 is well worth the extra money.
