UTG M87 or what?

I would just like some advice. I am just starting Airsoft and want to get a good spring gun just for playing with friends. (in like a backyard) and i just want to know what would be a good choice for a gun (we are only using springers so we dont have to shell out huge cash for AEGs) I have looked into the UTG M87 (or whatever it is exactly) and it looks like a good gun. but it does not have iron sights so it will be alot harder to aim. I have used the crosman shotgun i think the s30 or sumthing but it was easy to use and aim and i could also buyt that but i would like something better. Is this gun better? Thanks for any comments (keep in mind i have about a 100$ limit)

No.

Why is it not better?
Because you CANNOT legally use it in your back yard, and you WON'T use it on a non-airsoft designated area.

Stick with clear guns. Crosman has a 350fps clear shotty coming out at some point... if it's not already out, anyway, get that one.

Oh man crossman beats the hell out of the guns we use seriously...ok if you do want some advice...save up moeny for a decent AEG/Gas pistol. Gas Non Blowbacks are as low as 99 dollars somewhere but I won't tell you where...

Really though, you can buy some pretty nice GBBs in the states for under $100 CND total.

Hit a few of those up, maybe some for your friends too - saves on shipping.

i have just read over a few things on how legal airsoft is and no matter if it is claer or not it is legal to own and operate on private property.

the answer is NO!! a airsoft gun IS considered a firearm under the law, however as they usually are not over the 500fps and 5.7joule threshold they do not require licensing or registration. you cannot discharge a firearm in most municipalities (towns and cities) and this goes for bb and pellet guns. as they replicate real firearms and your neighbors won't know the difference, this will result in a call to the police about a kid with a gun and you're in for a world of trouble. use some common sense and play at a designated airsoft or paintball field, but certainly not your backyard. SHEEEESH!!
