Well Im pretty sure shotguns have all 3 bbs come out at once, not a burst like the m93r...

PSG1 mechbox would be your best choice... it's got the largest cylinder, so you'd be able to push the air necessary for three barrels. PSG1 barrel is 590mm, so you'd be able to use at least three 200mm barrels. You'd just have to get a custom cylinder head and tri-nozzle/tappet plate machined.

Having an M3 Super 90 that could switch between Semi and Pump like the real thing would be really nice. Given that its being cocked by pumping the foregrip, if the magazine isnt being used to hold shells, maybe a mechbox or even gas (CO2 ?) system could be placed in there - not power the BBs directly, but rather to "auto" pump the shotgun (giving you semi, with consistent power since the power comes from a spring)
And personally I'd like seeing more than 3 BBs coming out of shotguns. Currently, between limited BBs and their accuracy (the 3 BBs tend to stay clustered, not producing much of a "shotgun pattern" - if should a thing could be produced with only 3 BBs), shotguns aren't very "shotgunny". Despite the shells being annoying in an outdoor skirmish, the Maruzen shotguns (the old 870 and 1100, not the newer CA870s) could fire off 5-9 BBs - which lacked power, and were all fired from one barrel. But personally I'd prefer being able to use a shotgun which had less range, but a wider shot pattern (even a 3 barrel system with 2-3 BBs each could be a fearsome CQB gun if you could get the pattern to expand properly).
