Are the KWA and TM HK45 mags cross compatable?

No. Different systems.
But I am curious about KWA USP and KWA HK45.

Kwa hk45 mags will fit and fire perfectly in the usp, but usp mags will not work in the hk45. Too short.

HK 45 mags vs USP mags
As far as I am given to understand, HK45 mags and USP mags are compatible as long as you change the baseplates.
