WE M4 keymod problem and help with scope mount?

Hey there, quick couple of questions. Recently got this rifle and noticed that my keymod rail turns to each side extremely easy; obviously this shouldnt be. Am I missing something? I can't seem to find any set screws or obvious points to tighten the rail. Heres a few pics demonstrating what I mean.

Second question, Im looking for a scope mount for my 1-4x scope that is higher than the one it came with seeing as with the cheek riser I can't get any visual through the scope. I like the style of mount it has, but can't seem to find anything similar that has a higher offset, can anyone help me out? I've looked through redwolf, evike etc. Looking for something tan to match the riser if possible. And heres a picture of the current scope/riser.

Usually you need a tool like this to tighten the barrel nut.

It really all depends on the kit though and if the previous owner butchered the parts together to get a cool look, found out it didn't work right, got frustrated and sold it.

For the optic the easiest will be just an extra rail riser to boost it one step.

Also does it have the gas tube and block still on the barrel?

I think I saw the ad for that gun and looks like it had the scope mount used to bridge between the rail and the upper so the rail wouldn't move.

I emailed Knightsarmco to see if I can purchase the tool separately, and ill probably shoot the P.O a pm too. Yeah you are thinking of the same gun. I only noticed that after I removed the scope when it arrived.
