Which o- rings were damaged? Do you have pics? Some silicone spray may harmful for plastic in a long run.

Silicon spray that does not have petroleum distillates should be ok?

Just don't use sprays. There's absolutely no reason to risk it. You use some silicon oil inside the nozzle and on the piston head. For everything else, you need something ticker that will handle friction a lot better. Silicon greases are amazing. Look for Super Lube and Permatex silicon greases. They last a lot longer than oil and will increase the life span of your pistol.

You use green gas, so IMO, just lube those o-rings once in a while.
Or my way to store magazines is that fill them half gas full and place them straight up, released valve side down, means upside down most of the time, reverse side once in a while to get the intake valve soak in liquid gas for lubrication too. Never lay it flat for storage. The reason why upset down is that the release valve has the most o-rings in that need to be lubed and that is hard to fix.

This is the latest slide for 5.1. I'm wondering if you have the one is the same? This latest one has the space ready for the reenforced slide stop matel piece.

Does Gold Match accept standard hi capa internal parts well? Sorry to bump in, just gathering more information before buying.

Hey guys, sorry to revive a super old thread but I just bought one used (gamed twice) and I noticed there is no "spring loaded barrel". The gold outer barrel has the hole for it but there is no spring or "collar?" inside. Also the inner barrel is threaded (possibly to accommodate an extended barrel which maybe helped it get into the country?). Anyways, I'm trying to source one of these as the feature was one of the main selling points for me but I can't find it anywhere. I can't even find a parts diagram to at least find the proper name for the part(s). Maybe one of you gents may have the manual kicking around? I appreciate any leads! Thanks guys.
