Most of the experienced NOD capable teams around here have at least one thermal unit.
Though, I wouldn't call it pay to win. It offers a distinct advantage, but I've killed NOD users without NODs, I've also killed clueless NOD users with my NODs. Enhances the capabilities of a good shooter but a shitty fragger with a NOD is still a shitty fragger.
