Always top up the mag if you're putting BBs back in. Even if your gun is ridiculously efficient, the only thing worse than running out of BBs in the mag is running out of gas while there are still BBs left!
GBBs of all kind, using propane/duster/MAPP, fire with gas, but store liquidized gas in the mag. So you're pretty much guaranteed to have the same fps per shot until you're really low on liquid and the pressure in the mag starts going down. And that's barring any other factors, primarily, cooldown for shooting too fast or ambient temp.

As long as you're not playing below 10-15 degrees or so, and you're getting all the BBs out of the mag and it still locks back, you don't have to worry about the efficiency.

Thanks! Glad I wasn't screwing that up (don't worry... plenty of other things that I am...)

lol YELLOW CAN? wow i always just though it was propane.

Side question how long should it take to fill a hi capa mag and a extended hi capa mag. I have a feeling something is wrong or i am doing something wrong.

Yes i watch the YouTube vids and vertical and all but for some reason while filling i always get leaks. The mag gets cold meaning its going in the mag but i fell i am losing a lot of gas due to leaks while filling.

do you push hard immediately down to fill or ease your way in and slowly put pressure.

As for Pistols - for you pros, do you see ppl doing well with just pistol or do you not see it often? or do you see ppl try and get completely destroyed

I have concluded Sniper idea is bad ... but still debating M4/SMG/Dulies/ Single pistol GOD (with team support)

You can do well with just a pistol in very close quarters, obviously because of how easy they are to wield and how they slim your profile. They just aren't as versatile as a solid SMG or CQB rifle and someone whom knows how to use it.

TM mags (and a few others) will release gas once full, others you have to wait until they equalize and you don't hear it anymore. That's why you want to ensure your gas cans aren't near empty or they'll equalize at low pressure.

Run two pistols if you like separately, but AVOID DUAL-WIELD unless your heart is set. You obviously can if you like, but it's not recommended.

It sounds like you should look into the Tokyo Marui MK23 Socom. Lots of aftermarket parts, some of the best performance of pistols and can be made super quiet. The downside is it's non-blowback and it's big. You'd need fairly large paws to run it. Mags hold lots of gas though.

The mags that don't leak while filling have black or red O-rings in the fill valves.
TM's don't have those, so they leak on filling. Totally normal. TM's reasoning is so you can tell when the mag is full; liquid gas (as opposed to gas vapor) will leak out when the mag is full (it leaks much more once full).
Although, with the O-ring fill valves, you just put your ear on the propane cylinder and you can hear when the mag is full.
You can buy moondog O-rings to put on your fill valves, but there's not really an advantage other than not freezing your hands.
Push down slowly, make sure the can is lined up straight with the mag, don't wiggle it. The fill valves are made of tiny, very weak brass parts and can break easily when angular force is applied. Get gloves, or hold the mag near the bottom, liquid propane is REAL good at causing frost burn.

MAPP is a mix of liquified petroleum gas and propylene. Smells like garlic asshole, although not as bad as Rona brand propane. Dunno what Rona puts in there but that shit is NASTY.
The tall blue bottles are propane, but tend to be cleaner than the green 1lb camping fuel propane tanks. Don't know if it really has any effect on the seals, though.

If you LIKE running just the pistol, then do it till you're sick of it lol
You'll still get great accuracy and range from it, but you're basically playing hard mode outside of CQB.

Unlike in real steel, barrel length really doesn't make any difference in range or accuracy. You'll get the same range and accuracy out of an MP5A3 as you would an SR25.
But if you're in and out of CQB often, what you're looking for is a short gun with a stock. Small enough to still be used in CQB, or tossed to your side to switch to your pistol, but stable enough that you can use it to engage people at 200+ feet, and light enough that it won't slow you down.

Aesthetic preference aside, something in 9mm would probably suit the light and agile playing style; MP5s and the ASG scorpion evo are the top two that come to mind.
KSC MP7 or KWA vector if your want to go for a gas SMG.
ARES honey badger is all plastic, yet sturdy, so it's light weight and fairly short, but the AR mags are twice the width of MP5/evo mags.

If you're looking for something in the M4 family, you're not cool until you have a MK18 MOD1 lol

i would have to check out the mags it seems to leak a lot while filling maybe its the adapter but who knows gotta do some testing but at least i have an idea now of what to do ... thanks.

i may just go Pistol GOD until i get sick of it ... or until i start playing games outside, where the engagement range is further.

i do need to figure out my pistol effective range and max range but i guess that will come with more play i so wanna go play again but playing with the pros scare me lol

Playing with the "pros" might be scary, but that's how you'll learn. You need to face better players and get your ass handed to you to figure out what you are doing wrong and what they are doing right.

If you upgraded the hop rubber, your max range should be your effective range.
Using .25s or .28s, should be in the 200-230ft range.
The problem isn't really your accuracy at 200ft, it's that it takes the BB so damn long to get out there.

lol i don't wanna get my ass handed to me my ass it to big of a target lol but i guess i need to learn.

200 to 230ft is not that bad, but if if everyone is at the same FPS field limit lets say 360 or 400fps, dont we all have to wait the same amount of time for the bb to go from point a to point b (bb weight not factored in)?

the only difference is that i will have 20 bb flying me vs my 2-3 flying at them?

Duel wielding is fun. better NO. But if you have fun doing it I would run 6 pistols and don't even bother to reload in a game.

At long range the times are similar, but at short range, BBs from a more powerful rifle will get to you faster. When I was playing with low power AEPs, it would often happen that I would shoot first, the other player would shoot, then I'd get hit first, then the other player got hit. Still a double kill, but he/she had a lot more time to try to dodge.

At long range, it doesn't matter much, because there's an exponential somewhere in the equation for friction, a faster BB also loses speed faster. Then you have to take weight into account, because heavier BBs conserve speed better and eventually overtake initially faster but lighter BBs... but anyway, there's already plenty of detailed posts about this.

You can always try Action Air (IPSC) shooting to improve on your pistols skills. At the very least it'll help you get used to the pistol.

If you're at the same muzzle energy with your pistol as they are with their rifles, then the only problem is that it's WAY harder to hit someone 200ft away with a pistol than it is a rifle with a stock on it.
Nothing wrong with playing in hard mode, though. Might as well give it a try and see how it goes. Worst case, you don't like it lol

You can often be your own best teacher. You get to come back from the "dead", so figure out how and why you got shot, then strive to not make that mistake again.
