Need your opinion on these companies

Hi

I have been out of the airsoft arena for a few years, when Classic Army, Tokyo Marui and VFC were hot and JG was coming in from china.

What do you think of Classic Army Sport Line ? Are they full metal ?

What about G&G - are they any good because way back when, people were staying away from G&G ?

Which companies do you recommend

Thanks

Dan

Stay away from sport line, they are cheap garbage guns. Go for the pro line.

G&G is pretty alright now. Not the best, but not terrible.

Classic Army PROLINE would be my suggestion.

sportlines are plastic, would not recommend.
G&G has stepped up their game a lot, their top tech line is quite nice.

What is your price range?
recommended companies
Krytac, VFC, G&P, KWA, Classic army pro-line, some ares, E&L, ICS, some elite force, G&G, King arms.

I'm sure i'm missing brands off that list.

General consensus is VFC is king for M4s, followed closely by Krytac as a close second, then KWA (proprietary parts), G&P (decent externals and meh internals), Classic Army Pro-Line (although I hear they're trying to make a resurgence), King Arms, G&G Top-Tech (gotta disable the blowback system though).

For AKs, Real Sword reigns supreme. LCT and E&L follow, then VFC (if you can find any).

G&G Top-Techs are pretty decent, although for their cost I'd go for a VFC if it's an M4. Of course, a major attraction of Top-Techs is the variety of different platforms that really isn't matched by any other manufacturer line (M4s/M16s, AKs, M14s, UMPs, G3s, L85s). The G&G mid-tiers are pretty good too for their cost, same with the entry-level Combat Machines. Thing is, it's more worthwhile to save up for 1 real nice gun you like instead of spending a little less on a less-nice gun.

Do NOT get sportlines. As mentioned, they are plastic, are low quality, and will break quite quickly.
