five seven metal slide?

hey guys recently just got myself a new tm fn 5-7 love the gun to pieces but im thinking of doing some small upgrades. since i run my gun with propane i been thinking of buying the creating aluminum inner slide and angry gun threaded barrel, but i been getting mixed responses of people saying they either help reinforce the gun or break the slide, can i get some opinions from you guys personally?

read my thread. I'm on hop up unit number 4.

put in a steel barrel, shred hop up units

leave the stock barrel, shred the barrel and then eventually the hop up unit.

shoot the outer barrel intact or not out the front of the gun.

Reinforcing the inner/outer slide will prevent it from cracking, that's about it.

I thought about drilling the outer and inner and pinning them together and just covering it all with paint and filler, but I haven't broken an outer slide yet.

Also while it's new, take out the screws holding the valve hammer assembly and properly loctite them in with something plastic safe, they will back out from vibration/usage and eventually tear themselves out of the frame and destroy the holes.

no they just back out I'm not sure what you need pics of it for

take the slide off right in the beaver tail is where the assembly is you can see 2 screws at the back that hold it in. Even tight the assembly will rock a little in place.

when you change the harder outer barrel, the original hop up chamber should be broken. You can buy the original spare one.
