How much sand CAN you fit in your vagina!?
|
Help finding an optics brand.
Maybe awhile back, could've been in the last two years, a guy came on ASC showcasing some sights that they were working on. I cannot for the life of me remember what the company was called and an hour of searching has yielded no results. I thought the company was called Sun-something, but who knows. Well, if anyone remembers I'd appreciate it.

Yeah, that was it. Thanks. How could I not find that? Next question; are they like an airsoft/paintball sight company, like NC-Star or UTG, or are their products appropriate for real steel?
Scratch that last question...

ASC's navel of the year!

Its real steel stuff, sorta along the lines of the Primary arms stuff but a tad better I suppose. They've got some new stuff coming out in the next little while as well, which are sorta interesting.

You been living under a rock? LOL
Anyways, don't get the A, that's the dated one. Get the G. "HS403G" Those are compatible with T1/H1 mounts, where as the A is not, as far as I know. Also the battery compartment is above, not under, very similar to the T1. - Canada ammo has a good price, 1/3 mount too, think it's like $239 +tax shipped I'm waiting for their EoTech look alike. |

For the record, I read somewhere (on a forum) that they are supposed to be the oem for primary arms sights

For that price I would rather get something like the Vortex SPARC, Vortex products have lifetime warranty.

Not really. Compare the Holosun warranty to the Vortex one:

Ah I see, Vortex does have the stronger place holder.
Suppose it depends on the users budget then, assuming Cabelas is $279.99 for a vortex sparc II, and a holosun is sub $185-$239.99. |

Don't just look at the price. Sometimes the price is used to sucker a gullible buyer.
Would you buy a pot metal part for $95 or a billet machined part for $99 ? Gullible buyers would pick the $95 pot metal part to save $5. |

You can find vortex cheaper than the 279. Most places have discounts and sales. I've seen as much as 50% off on the Sparc for "fill in the blank holiday sale" reason.
