It's not a "true" MOSFET in that you don't wire it up to the trigger like the Trigger Master or Extreme Fire units but rather inline between the battery and the gun but an option for burst could be the Burst Avocado http://www.evike.com/products/36749/
Another option is if you had a GBBR maybe and had some sort of camming system that "advances" as each shot fires (based on the bolt moving back and forth to advance the cam one "click") before hitting the cutoff lever to cut off firing. BTW in case you haven't realized it's PHYSICALLY impossible to create a bullpup with the V2 gearbox. Because of how inherently the trigger on the V2 gearbox is placed (behind the magwell) whereas with the V6 gearbox the wires for the trigger run outside of it.

Not Eye Safe, Pretty Boy Maximus on the field take his picture!

the impossible part is the fact that the cutoff lever needs the trigger mechanism to be in the mechbox. Easy to overcome if you have the cutoff lever actuating a switch that signals a stop

I want to build a bull-pup from the ground up yet asks what a sector gear is... cmon man, research basic airsoft mechanics before even thinking about whatever this idea is for. Like saying I'd like to build an electric car from the ground up, by the way what's a fuse used for?
