My experience with Mach1 online ordering
My first AEG purchase was made with Mach1 during their boxing week sale. What initially started off as a worrying transaction turned right in a hurry.
I purchased the AEG, Battery, Charger and some mid-cap mags on the 28th of December. I noticed that the Boxing Day coupon didn't apply correctly and that I had stupidly ordered 3 mid-cap mags when a box of 5 was the same price. I dropped them an email a day or two after the order to notify them of this and ask if I could change up for the box of five mags. I watched for about a week as the order sat in 'processing' but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I assumed it was just a busy time.
When the 5th of January rolled around without any update, I tried to reach them via email and facebook. I didn't hear back for a few more days and was ready to cancel my order and alert my credit card company when I got a message back from Emilio at Mach 1.
He explained that there was an issue with the online ordering and they hadn't been able to actually locate the order on their system. We emailed back and forth a few times, and the customer service team also got involved. They corrected the order amount to reflect the discount, swapped the mags for the box of five, and got me a correct total. It turned out to be a great price.
I called the shop to provide them the CC details, and had my order within 3 days. Everything was well packaged, as described, and all the follow up was top notch.
I give them credit for sorting everything out very quickly at a busy time of the year once the initial order confusion was cleared up. I'll be dealing with them again.
