Scope mount for VSS/AS Val variants
Just picked up a G&G Gss and looking for a scope mount, or at least a specific name to look for. I know it's not like other AK variants but I'm not sure if SVD ones are compatible. It says it takes PSO style mounts. I'm not really familiar with AK style claw mounts so I wanted to get some more information

My Val takes the ak style mount. Its an LCT, not sure about other brands but I assume its the same.

For my LCT Val I had a small problem with the PSO mount specifically the forward pin. It's use was due to the recoil of the SVD that it had to be put there, for me I had to remove it after twisting it around a bit, the diode also needs to be removed as it prevents it from mounting on the top.

What kind of PSOP scope do you have? I have an LCT Val, and I am having trouble finding one that fits it properly, the battery compartment is bumping into the bolt cover. any help in this matter would be appreciated.
