I'm reviving this thread to say I've got a similar issue with them.
Seems to me as if they only respond to emails if its convenient to them and they don't have to give you a hard answer.
Been waiting for an item since back in early May 2014... order never arrived back in stock so I got store credit instead. Tried to order same item in a different colour option but same issue with it being out of stock. Now way too late to get PayPal involved and they just seemed to have stopped replying to my emails when I ask what happened to my money.

I did receive a package but the pants weren't included. I've been going back and forth with NO progress, so essentially they are trying trying to rip me off for almost $50. I know that I will never buy from them again regardless of the price.
I would caution all of you to steer clear of these guys. The delays make it impossible to resolve through PayPal now so I am likely screwed. Any suggestions?
