Well you could buy a 5.1 charging handle. Get the ones that screw into the sight base plate.
Then you could take a spare/junk 4.3 sight. Mill or dremel down the sight so it has a low profile that matches the slide. Then drill and tap a hole with the same thread pattern as the racker insert. That could be an easy ad hoc approach. |

I'd try just milling down the highest part of the rest sight. You want to have enough room to drill and tap the hole. After you can slowly remove material off the top of the sight. But I would see if you can find a tap with th correct thread pattern first.
