Disassembled a Velocity Arms AK47 - need help with one piece
Hey all,
I got a VA VK47 in a trade and figured it was a good gun to try my hand at modding up. I had it apart, did a basic spring swap/lube and am looking to put it back together, but there's just one piece that I did not notice when it was coming apart. It's the circled piece in the photo. It's also labelled as "AK-32" in the manual: http://www.uncompany.com/information.../AEGs/ak47.jpg It's pictured just left of the lower receiver image labelled "AK-1". Any help getting that puppy back into place would be appreciated. Thanks!

I believe this piece goes into front part of magwell and holds magazine in place.

Rusty Lugnuts, that silver piece in your picture is also in the manual, look where fake bolt is. I circled it red. AK-32 is a piece that comes with plastic TM style AK receivers, it's there to engage front tooth of the mag. Without that piece mag would not lock in place.

I see what you mean, i thought the piece in front of the bipod in his picture was the one you were talking about. kinda hard to say without it in our hands
