CQB Tactical closed for good...

Official word:

It is with great sadness that I am writing this. CQB will not be re-opening again. Our lease is coming to a close, and the repairs necessary to open again will take far too long and cost far too much, so we have been forced to close the doors forever.
On behalf of the ownership and staff of CQB, we wanted to thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts for all the support and love, and for being the most fantastic group of paintballers on the planet. All of you are what made CQB what it was, and the community that called CQB home represents the very best aspects of what paintball is about. The CQB crew will be sad to see the field go, but its our community that we will miss the most, and we hope to run into all of you at other fields in the future. We will be leaving this group active for as long as people keep using it, and we actively encourage all of you to use it as a way to organize trips to other fields, and to other games, and to just generally keep in touch, because CQB closing its doors is no reason to lose touch with each other. As long as all of you are still playing, CQBs legacy will live on.

Sad day for Toronto airsoft and paintballers.

What a shame. I was looking forward to the finished production ever since the introduction.

It may have been a paintball field, but this is the place that got me started on the whole "Milsim" hobby after having my first paintball game there.

I guess it was just too good to be true to have lived close enought to a field to actually be able to walk to it....this sucks

Too bad, it was a fun field and I played there many times when I was still active within the paintball scene.
