Can someone reinstate my age verified status??

I've private messaged a few admins and posted in the Age Verifiers Discussion section to ask for my age verifier status to be removed or suspended because I cannot fulfill that role anymore. Though I did intended on keeping my age verified status for continued access to the classifieds.

I suspect someone mixed up my request as I am no longer age verified but still a verifier...

I am unsure which admin is active or who to message to resolve this.

Could someone correct this or inform me why my AV has been revoked?
