Jonathan, it's unfortunate that you had a bad experience with our complete R-hop install. Again, you do not need to rework the inner channel - that's the whole point of the Z-kit. If users insist on reworking the channel, then the lower cost standard IR-hop (non-z-kit) would be applicable.
