Hello

First i wanna say hello to everybody on here as i am a new member, that being said i need Help Please.
So i bought this new rifle 2 weeks ago and finally found 8g Co2 s today, after loadind and insertion of Co2 bulbs (had to load both mags which came with it to determin which is the hfps and lfps) i inserted the mag racked the bolt and NOTHING ?? just a click as if i was dry firing the weapon? All valves are lube with 100% silicone oil, so i tried other mag an same thing ????????? i have the new model with steel hamer and also both Co2 bulbs got stuck in mags... one fell out after trying to remove it and the other i had to drill and screw into it to remove. the rifle has never been fired PLEASE HELP ME!

so i took apart bolt and i got it to fire but its firing really really low. it wont even go through a can point blank and its posed to fire at 550 - 600 fps ?

We had this problem with several of them as well. We found the ports that channel the gas in the mags weren't machined properly, blocking flow. We used a 2mm drill bit to open them up. Solved the problem on our end.

Just a little update... so i took it in nd it ended up being the trigger spring. So waiting for the part should be in by wed.
