m1 carbine on propane

I've read multiple times the the m1 carbine runs slightly too hot on propane. In the hands of the right person...someone who has taken the sniper safety courses and such it shouldnt be too much of a problem seeing as it would only be slightly over jules limits. Anyways that isn't my concern. I was told by one person the m1 carbine will not run properly on propane and it over pressurizes after a few shots. Another review said it will run fine pon propane just very high fps.

Is there anyone out there who owns an m1 carbine (marushin 8mm) who can confirm of refute the fact that these will not run properly on propane?

If you plan to use propane on your M1.
1. it may shoot hot depending on weather. Ive seen the 8mm get as high as 450FPS with green.

2. MAKE SURE YOU USE ALOT OF LUBE. gas sniper rifle mags dry out fast for some reason. look at getting some silcon shock oil.

On wgc it says the m1 carbine runs on either duster or jet gas (which I believe is propain/greengas) As for use on the feild I'm sure no one would care. Depending on where you play at most people dont seem to mind getting shot if the person shooting them knows what there doing (as far as you know what your limits are for range at shooting at people) you just need to remember, the m1 carbine uses 8mm bb's which hurt a hell of alot more than 6mm bb's traveling at the same speed. (but im sure you already know that)
