NRA says Airsoft OK, 3 gun match
http://www.nrablog.com/post/2013/04/...n-Georgia.aspx
Seems like airsoft is a bit less of a red headed stepchild every day.

Awesome. Having the NRA backing the airsoft community is all upside baby. Next stop, the CSSA.

I wish the Canadian government would get the stick out their asses regarding airsoft and firearms period. We need more events like this, as well as events similar to this with the use of true firearms. They do have tactical events and tac-training courses in the great white north, but they ate so few and far between and the individuals eligible to participate in them so limited that its next to impossible for the average Joe to effectively gain knowledge in these areas. If the US weren't such a prolific set of police states I would move south in a heartbeat.

The NRA could always use new friends. Airsofters represent a potentially huge new membership base for them to tap into, not counting existing airsofting NRA cardholders.

I wish IPSC could be a lot more welcoming too. Our local section wants nothing to do with any airsoft version of practical shooting. I guess they'd rather see the sport die off.
