Ebairsoft not very proffessional, Warning

I had order a lot of things recently, in many shops (airsoft park with one of the best customers service i ever had in airsoft, from toronto airsoft very nice too) but one shop don't ship me one items on my orders; 1 x Wii Gas Charger $27.50.

It's not a big deal, but in fact what is the most irritating is that kind of word from them:

My mail;

2013/4/7 "Hi, I never received my order for 1 x Wii Gas Charger $27.50 since 2 MONTHS... What's is going on ?? I would like you to do something to correct the situation i'm not satisfied about this issue ! Regards Mamouth"

Ebairsoft: "The item has sent out.

Destination - Canada
The item (RC265854012HK) left Hong Kong for its destination on 23-Feb-2013"

We are 04 of MAY !!!!
And they don't wan't to fix anything after 6 mails, nice customers service !

Hi, i'm not here to get it fix, because my issue is about 27,50 dollars, but still it's not very good to lose a client this way.
They are not professionnal, at all, the less was to refund the missing product.

I just want to warning others customers that this shop is not reliable.
Choose another shop if you can.

I think part of the problem may be that the tracking shows it was succesfully delivered on Feb 26. A "J Gagnon" signed for it.

Yes, i received my order split in many boxes, and of course I sign for a box, which not have a gaz charger in, but the rest of my order.

So the gaz charger is still missing and i received an incomplete order.

And i just want to warning possible new customers to not order in this shop, not because they made a mistake, it could happen at everybody, but for the way they don't try to resolve the probleme with a good commercial way of mind.

Thank you Styrak, but it was a little thing in a middle of a lots of things, i made a big order at this time and i wanted to see what this gaz charger looks like on my gear.

It was not the primary goal of my order, just a lil' candy in there. But i'm going to check your shop anyway i need new stuff !

was there a customs inspection sticker or were any of your shipments opened and re-taped with red or yellow packing tape? Maybe it was confiscated by customs? We are talking about the dummy distraction device gas chargers right?



You say your order was across several boxes, but only have 1 tracking number.

I find EBAirsoft respond very well to paypal dispute. No dispute = it didn't happen.

Had issues with them as well takin forever making things happen and not responding to emails, or with a 1-to-4 words reply when actually answering emails

I decided never to order there unless I can't find an item elsewhere...

I've had nothing but good experiences with them... takes about a month to get everything, if it is in stock. I'm not really in a rush to get anything though. I've had multiple refunds when the item I want can't be delivered. Prices can't be beat and I only have positive things to say about TMC brand equipment. It suits my needs and should I rip, tear or otherwise damage what I've got it's still cheaper than buying the real deal.
