CA M24 hop up question
Pulled my gun apart today to clean out the internals, re-lube, etc and when I pulled the barrel out this super tiny little red cylinder piece fell out of the hop up chamber.
No clue where this goes or if it was even supposed to be there. When I say tiny I mean tiny.. couple mm long and maybe a mm in diameter. Help? |

This is most likely your hop-up nub. It's the piece that pushes down on your rubber when hop is turned on.
Look in the hop-up unit with the rubber removed, there should be a small recess inside on the top. This is where that piece goes. Turn it upside down and roll it back in. You should always have your hop-up upside down when taking it apart to prevent the nub from falling out. Both pieces being cylindrical in shape, the nub goes in perpendicular to the hop-up.
