AirsoftBuddy Incommunicado?

I've been trying to get a hold of them for a while now, had a few email questions but got nothing. They're the only source for some parts I need, but my order hasn't even gone to packaging yet and it's been a week. Has anybody been in contact with them, or know if this is normal (shitty) operations for them?

I used airsoft buddy once last summer. I bought some WE G36 parts. If I recall, the did go through eventually. My shopping cart didnt update for a couple days however.

Yeah, last time I ordered from them was good, that's why I was wondering about this one. 8 business days now and still pending, all on in stock items..

My understanding is Airsoft Buddy is a black box where your money goes in, and your stuff comes out eventually. Any sort of communication or insight into the process is pretty much nonexistent.

They'll ship it eventually. If you would like to buy from a company that isn't afraid of email then you know in the future it is not them.

I set up an order with them weeks ago and they will not communicate with me either. They aren't even responding to the paypal dispute. They usually give tracking and order confirmation. But I have received neither.

The outer barrel itself, 10.5 inches. I can only find them in CW elsewhere.

I purchased a package of WE parts a while back from them and their (or his I guess) communication was top notch, I asked a few questions before I placed my order and almost always got a response within 24 hours. The order was also shipped out in a pretty timely fashion (2-3 days IIRC).

You can always try RA-tech, if they don't have the part listed online you can always try to email them. Another alternative is to contact Toronto Airsoft as they are also a WE distributor, they can most likely order the part in for you.

I've bought stuff from them a few times, always super quick shipping, no problems.

Don't think I ever had any communication with them though.

When dealing with China, when orders stall like that it usually means something is backordered.
