Sig P226R hard holster
I'm looking for help finding a holster for my Sig P226R. What I'm looking for is a hard shell thigh holster that covers the mag release button on the side of the gun next to the base of the trigger guard. I have tried soft shell ones in the past and with all the crawling around I have lost too many mags on the field.

I'm waiting for my serpa to arrive.... 80-90~$ for a real steel holster... I did the math this way...
First game I really ran hard with my soft holster, I dropped a mag... TWICE in a day. kwa mags are around 45$. I was lucky that both times the mag was recovered, but had they really been lost... well that covers the cost of a real steel hard shell holster. What's it worth to you if you've already lost a few? My pistol has spent every game since tucked in a mag pouch on my vest and hasn't dropped a mag since... it's just super slow to draw since I have to unvelcro the flap to get it out. |

I'm issued a Safariland 6304 (leg drop ALS with rotating hood) and the holster covers the mag release button.
