kjw gbb alternative mag?

Hey folks cant find an answer for this one yet so I figured I'd ask.

Is there any alternative brand of magazine that the kjw gbb m4 will accept? Simply because I'm leary of ordering mags from the usa even though they are cheaper and our local shop sells em for 65-75 bucks. Am I stuck paying this or is there an international, or cheaper solution?

The KJW M4 will only take KJW M4 mags.

However you can order them from anywhere you want.

So if I were to order them from a US site other than the additional shipping and tax fees that i know about, its straight forward and they come across the border fine, and shouldnt get confiscated? Thats what my main concern was.

Yes. Other than import taxes and possibly duties, they will come through just fine.
If you're ordering internationally (like from the US) DON'T USE UPS. They might charge you outrageous duty/brokerage fees, sometimes adding up to half or the entire cost of the products you ordered, on top on the order cost.

Well thanks a lot Styrak, I appreciate the info, good to know they'll make it across fine. And I'm well aware of UPS not bein the best way to get things across the border.

There is also the STANAG mags that are just coming out on the market, produced, or at least promoted, by LAW Airsoft. They still retail for about the same price though, but if you don't like Thermolds..
