Upper Receiver Identification?

Hello Everyone,

I need help identifying the upper receiver in the picture. The picture is from the Medal of Honor first person shooter video game from 2010. I want to know what company manufactures that specific type of weapon / receiver and where I could purchase one? Any specifics would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

That looks like a completely standard M4A1 upper receiver, so.... anywhere?

Yes, the lighting is terrible because of the fact that it's a theatrical advertisement, but it looks like a bone stock Armalite Upper. Just get an M4 for that.

The upper looks standard, the front it s Larue RAS. If I recall, for the photoshoot for MoH, all the weapons were airsoft. So best of luck.

Those look like Troy BattleSights and an Aimpoint there, as well.

I recognize lots of KAC.

KAC NT4 Silencer
KAC Vertical grip
KAC Free float RAS (carbine)
KAC 200-600m Flip-up rear sight
KAC Locking front folding sight
LMT Crane stock
Aimpoint M4
DD CAR Burnsed Loop/Gear Sector SPRE
M4 Lower
A3 Upper

Surefire M951 it looks like?

Aimpoint CompM4, not just the M4.

And what makes you think it's an A3 upper? Just wondering...

Well, A3/A4 are the same, just different marketing terms, vendors selling flat-top uppers frequently get A3 mixed up with A4 so you often see flat-top ARs called A3s, these are terms strictly for stripped uppers.

Military designations of the M16 rifle would be a bit different:
A3: Fixed carry handle. Safe/Semi/Auto fire control group.
A4: Detachable carry handle/flat-top receiver. Safe/Semi/Burst fire control group.

The CQD mount would not match that profile in the picture, as it the loops are slightly bent back. There are so many variations of that type of loop, I only named 2.
