G&G guns and mags ???

so im just wondering what kinda mags work in G&G guns i have tried a bunch and only G&G mags work so far i only have tried Pmgs and some other no named brands that i cant remember. is it just my gun or is it what i hear that G&G are very very picky with there mags and if so dose any one know it kings arms metal mags will work???

A buddy of mine runs MAG brand plastic mags and they seem to fit almost perfect in his g&g m4 with the stock see through receiver. But most metal mags don't fit well in the receiver. Had the same problem in my old one too.

Are you asking about M4s?
King Arms metal 68rd, best bang for buck.
Other than that, you get what you pay for.

One thing about some G&G M4's is that you need to shim the back of the magwell with some velcro to insure the mag is seating correctly and that the hop up engages the mag's release tab fully so the BBs can go up into the hop up unit.

im more talking about a m16 but i dont see really any difference in the lower body of the 2 and i think the Velcro will work cause all i had to do befor to make mags work was push forward a little on it so that the hopup engaged the mag.

I have a g&g m16 and I run primarily on magpul pmags 120rd. I've also used stock aps and king arms hi caps too. No mods on the mag or magwell. Could it be something to do with your gun?

G&P midcaps work flawlessly in my son's G&G M16. Others on our group use MAG brand.

I own a g&g m16, king arms 120rd metal mid caps work fine in mine.
