WE M14 GBBR optics

So I just recently got a WE M14 GBBR and I'm thinking about building a DMR with it. I'm planning on using the real steel walnut stock and running a bipod.

Anyone have any suggestions for a scope to use with this gun? Mounting options? I saw a picture of a SEAL with an M14 while I was doing some research and he had a Leupold Mk 4 3.5-10x40mm LRT M3 on it. I liked the look, but they are fairly rich for me at this time (triple the price of the gun).

So if anyone has experience with this gun and can help... Thanks!

Try and use real steel scopes if you can. Clone red dots and cheap stuff alike tend to get rattled from the recoil. You'll lose your zero and sometimes screws start to loosen.

You can get real steel scopes for fairly cheap at crappy tire or something. It's nothing fancy no. But it can foot the bill in the mean time.

Nc Starmakes some very affordable quality scopes. They offer a lot of different optics and the scope they make would hold up well on a GBBR. I have seen a few different Ncstar optics on real steel. Many Real steel websites carry them such as Canadaammo.com.

We have sold a few Ncstar rifle scopes at the airsoft shop in Barrie and everyone loves them. Best of all they dont cost much. $150 gets you alot of scope.

I'd go with a CenterPoint. GREAT scopes, for about 100 bucks. See them on real steels often.

Try UTG optics.... for airsoft, they look awesome, and they are fairly cheap!

If you are looking for a canadian dealer, there's DLairgun and Airgunsource!

Plus they can withstand .223 rounds!

Very good optics....Bushnell and even more their elite models....stay away from NC star and other cheap brands the like....they did not withstand the recoil from my HW springers...

I'm open to all options... I'm looking for a quality product that can go on a real steel as well eventually.

Bushnell Elite series... best bang for your buck and will withstand even a .500 S&W recoil (that is what I use on the S&W)....another option and personnaly I am thinking on getting is a Millett 1-4x24 DMS Matte Tactical 30mm Tube Illuminated Donut Dot and dot...I have their red dot version and it's very nice on my .177 springers
