APS M4A1 + KWA M4-S = M4-S Blowback?
I'm a huge fan of Blowback. As far as I know there is'nt a EBB M4-S out there. I am thinking of buying an APS M4A1 and somehow swaping parts of my KWA M4-S. In short is it possible to use parts from both guns to make a EBB M4-S?

you could just buy the EBB aps and buy the RAS and everything aftermarket to customize it to your taste ?

That's a possibility but since I already have a full metal M4-S I was just hoping to swap the parts. It is more economical that way. Plus I haven't been able to find a M4-S conversion kit let alone one that will fit the aps M4A1. There are other APS models that are very similar to the M4-S. From what I can see it whould just require a front end change to make the mod. These are more expencive, so that is a bit of a turn off.

Mixing parts from an APS and KWA? I'll tell you what to do first. See if you can test out a friends EBB APS and then see if you still want to do this. Not to mention that I think there's a few parts on APS guns that are proprietary. One being the air nozzle, and hop up unit so if you want to upgrade that you have to upgrade not only the air nozzle but the barrel, hop up unit (possibly hopup bucking too) to a standard TM one.

G&G and Tokyo marui both make EBB's guns, and APS/Javelin M4's are some of the cheapest quality guns I have ever seen. And on top of that, proprietary parts make work on them a nightmare.

I guess it's not worth the hassle. Too bad.
