the losers gear help. W/PICS
hey guys, i was wondering if you would be willing to spread your wealth of knowlege and point me in a direction for some gear that i saw on a movie.
i'm personally after, the loadout that 'cougar' the sniper from the hit movie 'the losers' is wearing, especially those horizontal mag-puches on his back! just finished my SR-25, and would love a loudout like his, it look really nice and really light! thanks a lot guys! i appreciate all and any info you can give me, and any direction that you can point me towards. my images aren't coming out that well, and will probably have to re-host them with a better .com i took the screens with my own 1080p DVD... so the quality will zoom really well if you save the images to your desktop ... thanks again guys!

Not sure about the vest, but that hat is either a cowboy with frayed edges (shows experience), or a brown boonie. Dark tan shemahg, Olive Drab BDU, with Black boots... But that vest is huge, and I'm sure those are motocross gloves.

Sorry bud, never even seen the movie, came in to see what the thread was. Wondered what kind of gear was considered loser gear before I bought any lol |

those look way too high up to even get to. and it looks like elastic loops, not any pouch.

Looks like some sort of MOLLE vest with some weird mag pouches.
Anyway, we just got some real SR-25 EM Carbines in stock last week Want pics?

As for the vest, the RAV is as close as a match that you'll find: http://ascmart.ca/product_info.php?c...products_id=61
If you're on more of a budget there's this other MOLLE rig that looks similar (plus it comes with pouches): http://ascmart.ca/product_info.php?c...products_id=60 Don't set your mag pouches up like the guy did in the movie. It's stupid Hollywood stuff and won't help you, not even in airsoft. The team leader's setup is more or less functional, though.

I know exactly how he did it... I remember from ops gear that they had these plastic hooks that you can get cheaply, you ran them down the MOLLE and that created a reversed (horizontal) web that allows that. Same elastic mag pouches but with a horizontal rig.

Hey, if it works for you... all the power to you. Keep in mind that there's a good reason 99.99% of all operators, the world over, keep their magazines vertical.

touche, i just think it looks quite interesting.
i've been struggling with a basic sniper load out, i've got a couple ideas, the problem is the vest that i want so damn bad only comes in white/blue multicam. thanks a lot for your answers guys, especially the ones with links to other sites! as for the gloves, without actually touching them they are up in the air, but i do know of several Chinese makes that have the figures pre-cut. the actual SI gloves you're thinking of, are quite difficult to remove the fingers on, i know; i have over 4 pairs. and each costing about 70-80 dollars i wouldn't consider cutting anything!
