Hop up reassembly question

Hay I'm reassembling my Echo 1 Mp5 hop up, and was wondering how tight the screws that go into the hop up arm should be? As tight as possible? Or to allow for free rotation? Thanks

I usually do it as tight as possible (you're talking about the bucking right?) But since I use a high fps set-up, I use hard buckings and if it's not tight enough, the air would leak.

No I mean putting the actual metal screws into the arm that pivots and adjusts the bucking. I think I got it figured out though thanks.

This is actually something that requires a little finesse...

I tighten the screws as tight as I can, but not so tight that they strip out (most of my hop-up housings are made of acrylic), and not so tight that they inhibit the adjustment of the bucking.

I tighten up the bottom screw all the way, and left the top one mostly tight so the hop up would adjust but stay in place
