Talking Good tactical caps

I've been rocking an Eagle Industries shooting cap for many years. It has served me really well but, sadly, it's getting a bit beat up. I tried finding another one, but they don't make them anymore or, at least, I couldn't find one.

This cap had a few features that I really liked. Firstly, it was multicam but it had a black, velcro accepting, underside on the brim. That really helped keep the glare out of my eyes. It was velcro adjusted in the back (instead of flex fit) and had no "smartie" on top.

Basically, it was a great shooting cap, no "cool guy" features, just functionality.

I'm wondering what you guys, especially the geardos, are rocking in terms of caps? I'd love to get some suggestions

The Magpul one is nice...almost everything you said about your eagle cap is included in the Magpul one...

My current favourite is the timmies digital camo cap...

Other than that, I've got a fake "Navy Seals" brown velcro cap and a tan Tactical Performance Inc. SkullFrog cap with a loop strip on the back for 4 inch nametapes.

The condor one does the job.
Have all the "tactical" feature. And it's cheap.

I got one, but I don't wear it much, as caps does not suit my head.

Everything they make is pure sex laced with eroin.
If ball cap fitted me better, I'd have an Arc'teryx one!

I've had a multicam HSGI cap for years, love it. I got a Condor one last year free with some other stuff I ordered, but it's too small (it doesn't fit down low enough on my head, more like a beanie. It should have a propeller on top!).

That's the problem I had with the Baller Ass Cap.

Perfect diameter-wize, but just no "deep" enough. I wear my caps low, and it just felt wrong.

You're saying the HSGI one is good?

Yeah, my HSGI is still one of my favourites.
For about 5 years or so.

Thanks for all the help guys!

I'm thinking I might need to just sew on my own black underside, once I buy a good replacement cap.

Frozen Tex, that "high speed" cap you posted reminded my of this cap I wore once:

I just picked up the new SORD operator's cap in MultiCam and A-TACs they put up at Predator Armamenet I almost grabbed their us flag cap since that was all they had, but I can swap out the patches on this one.
