Custom G36 / M4 Hybrid DONE!

Alright, this took a helluva lot of time to finish, lots of $$, but it was worth it. I'll be using this at my university's Airsoft organization next year. Lemme know what you think!

The hardest part was probably the stock conversion... I had to use a Dremel multiple times to cut the tube, holes, and everything else, then redo the wiring from the gearbox to direct it towards the battery in the stock.

Good job mate. It looks great but how does it shoot? What kind of internals you have in there?

What magwell converter you using? I toyed with the idea of making M4/G36 AR hybrid but I all but ditched that idea to make a DMR instead.

I like it. Unique but in a way rather simple. G36s are so tempting to me cause even though they may not have as many options as ARs they have enough to look good in a pile of configurations.

Sorry for the necro... but I was curious if the hybrid stock base was one piece or if the buffer tube was changeable.

Also, beautiful gun. I'm in the process of making something similar.

this is very slick, im currently going with the same type of conversion.

May i suggest some rail covers? They really give an extra edge to a gun in my opinion

I had to get the hybrid stock base to be able to use the that AR stock. The stock came with a tube which I had to put on top. It took a bit of fiddling, but if you have a tool like the Dremel it makes your life A LOT easier

I was looking into some rail covers but it's been a while since I've played airsoft :/ Mainly because I'm in my Junior year as a Computer Engineering major, so I don't have as much time anymore. I hope to be able to get back to the mods soon though
